Dyeing Process

Great color doesn’t happen by accident. We coordinate every dye lot through trusted dyeing partners — from lab-dip approval to bulk production — so your fabric arrives on shade, on time.

1. Lab-Dip Approval — We develop your color in the lab and submit dips for approval before bulk dyeing begins.

2. Bulk Dyeing — Jet dyeing calibrated for cotton-base knits, with controlled temperature and chemistry for level, repeatable color.

3. Washing & Finishing — Fabric washing (pre-shrunk) and finishing for hand feel, stability, and performance.

4. Shade Control — Lot-to-lot shade continuity checked against your approved standard.
